IPMA invited us to present our work on the 8th IPMA Research Conference because we received the IPMA Young Research Award – Outstanding Contribution 2020.
Our presentation named “where project complexity lies, what causes it, and how to manage it: the case of the Brazilian Army Strategic Projects” covered the project complexity factors and the competencies and strategies to manage them.
