In this video, we present the preliminary results of our research on managing complex projects. The presentation discussed where project complexity lies, what causes it, and how to manage it, using the case of the Brazilian Army’s Strategic Projects as an example.
The presentation was part of the Congress on Operations and Project Management in Public Organizations held by the Faculty of Economics, Administration, Accounting and Public Policy Management at the University of Brasilia.
